What is Box of Shadows? What will I receive in each box tier?

Box of Shadows; a Wiccan influenced, spirituality subscription box. We deliver curated boxes of worship supplies, altar decor, craft tools, jewelry, and pagan related gifts fit for any eclectic path. No more searching for the perfect candles, incense, herbs, or smoke cleanser. Everything you need for a small ritual is right in this box! When will my subscription renew? What if my subscription doesn't renew on time?

Subscriptions automatically renew on the 15th of each month. Subscribers have 10 days to process their renewal. Any subscriptions in Past Due status after the 25th of the month will automatically expire. Please contact us directly if an extension is needed. 

What is your shipping schedule? When will I receive my box?

Orders typically ship between the 1st - 10th of each month. To get the current month's box, orders must be placed by the 4th of that month. All subscriptions renew on the 15th of each month.

All boxes ship USPS Priority Mail and typically reach their destinations within 3 business days; up to a week for international customers. 

Circle Members will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number by e-mail once their box  ships. Tracking may say “Not Found” or “Pre-Shipment” for 24-36 hours as the post office processes the order. If your order hasn’t moved in 72 hours, please contact us.

How much is shipping? Do you ship internationally?

Our boxes ship USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate fee of $8.

YES! We ship internationally! International shipping is $25 flat rate. We ask that international customers be patient with us. Boxes may take up to a week or more to be delivered. Subscriptions may renew before boxes reach their destinations. All customs charges and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

UK Subscribers:
If you are receiving a parcel from a country outside the EU, it may incur Customs charges. Any parcel assessed as being liable for Customs charges will also incur a Royal Mail handling fee of £8. Any goods imported into the UK over the value of £15 are liable to import VAT. Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Click here for more information. 

How do I cancel my subscription? 

We hate to see you go! However, unsubscribing is quick and easy. Just log in, click "My Account" in the drop down box, click "EDIT" under "My Subscriptions", then click "Cancel Subscription". 

Did you know that you can skip your next renewal without canceling your subscription? Just click 'Skip Next Renewal' on the 'My Subscriptions' page. 

In order to avoid being charged for your next renewal, you must cancel or put your subscription on hold BEFORE the renewal date (the 15th of each month). Cancellations on or after the renewal date DO NOT automatically initiate refunds. Subscribers are responsible for keeping track of subscriptions and renewal dates. 

What is your refund policy?

All subscription payments are final after 24 hours of subscription renewal or purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Cancellations on or after the renewal date DO NOT automatically initiate refunds. Subscribers are responsible for keeping track of subscriptions and renewal dates. 

An item in my box arrived broken/My box is missing an item. What do I do?

If your box arrives incomplete or with broken items, please let us know ASAP so that we can replace it in a timely manner.

My box arrived without an insert. Can I access it online?

Yes, past inserts and supplementary information can always be downloaded here. Current inserts are typically uploaded by the 15th of each month.
